WHO IS INVITED AS A MEMBER?
CEPRES’ philosophy is to create win-win situations. GPs who are able to provide
a standardized and traceable set of data (complete investment history, no cherry
picking) about own private equity investments are allowed to join the members’ community.
LPs are generally not invited, since we are not relying on second hand information!
However, if a LP adds value by successfully inviting at least ten of its GPs directly
to the members community he might get a special invitation for using members services.
However, some LP groups are restricted to participate the community. Please contact
CEPRES first in order get the official invitation contracts.

All data which is requested is completely anonymized and aggregated in our data-center.
Identity information and the used data are saved separately. The databases
themselves – besides the fact that all analyses are solely aggregated information
– do not contain any names. Nobody will be able to benchmark a members’ single deal
or fund performance or characteristics of its investment behavior.
The members’ privacy is treated with highest confidentiality on a high technical
